Broden picks up a cheese slide with Max Miller

2022
Art of Craft

Behold the first instalment of the Art of Craft - a series where Melbourne’s creative community will roll up their sleeves and pull apart some of the country’s most inspiring work, alongside the Craft Artists that made them.

Last year we came together with a simple purpose - to inspire and conspire. Inspire great work and get people together in the hopes of making more of it. Art of Craft looks to do both of these things. The exclusive tight-knit, hands-on environment is an opportunity for Melbourne’s creative community to learn from the best in the business, but this isn’t a TED Talk. It’s about the devil in the details. The nittiest gritty, practical education that blends real-world experience with skills that most of us can only dream.

For launch, we’re proud to have enlisted the twisted thinker behind Aunty Donna’s Big Ol’ House of Fun, Max Miller, to teach us the Art of Directing Visual Comedy. Things could get weird.

It’ll be held at Deloitte Digital at 5 pm, 19 October.
